April A.D. 2024 || Week 1

For my own purposes, I still like entire month overview posts, but trying out a weekly post as well. We'll see how it goes. This last week we had more Easter celebrations on Monday and then dental and dr. visits, but still quite pleased with the ground we covered. Also, some days we end up doing all our book studies in one chunk of the day while on others it's spread throughout (reading & then play time, math and then playtime, art, playtime, etc. etc. ;)).

Note: our student is age six and, in general, we're currently tracking along with the curricula outline from Veritas Press (swapping out a few of the resources) + trying to consistently add in Charlotte Mason inspired material/subjects (narration, nature study, poetry...) plus, of course, some additional important-to-our-family subjects (creation science, etc.)
